This is the late Repo, from my buddy Larry’s car dealership – C3Auto.
I bought my first car from him in 2007, I think. Repo was maybe 3 years old at the time. Here, he’s an old man, 14 or so. Even though he was older than most labs when he passed, it still crushed Larry. Repo was his sidekick for all those years. He was the kindest, most gentle dog.
After he passed, Larry’s girlfriend got him a pure bred hunting Lab, Repo Jr. Repo Jr. is Jasper’s dad. He is several orders of magnitude higher energy than Repo Sr. ever was.
It’s been a long minute since I’ve been up and visited. They’ve upped their game to match the clientele in Plano and don’t have much, if any, of a bargain basement any more. I’ve gotten some really good cars there, including my Excursion. He still has a great inventory. Just none that fit my cheapness. Although if I asked him to find me a decent Mustang at auction for this or that price, I’m sure he would.
