If you haven’t heard Little Feat’s “Waiting for Columbus” you gotta get it. They recorded that album live at “the Bayou” in Georgetown DC, where I’ve spent many, many a night. The DJ that introduced them, “Cerphe” was a fixture in the DC area radio scene.
BTW, those painters overalls were a thing back in the day. I had a pair myself.
