This little SOB posted this morning:
Popping up from the Somalis yard, causing Aria to bark her fool head off for a few hours. It took off while we were on our walk this morning.
Dammit.

Oh boy! A HISSING RAT!!!
They are dopey things too. I caught one entirely by accident in a have-a-heart trap I had sitting out on my seawall for the iguanas.
Thing hissed up a fit at me and even after I opened up the trap doors to allow exit it just sat in there hissing at me not moving.
After about an hour of just leaving it alone out there it exited and departed.
And of course DUKE was ON IT as well. Four days in a row he would charge the trap looking for it.
