We live in an idiotic and delusional world.
We have a transportation secretary that neither likes nor understands transportation.
FWIW, coming from a guy that doesn’t have a car and driver on the taxpayer dime, a car is an EXPENSE!
There are plenty of folks I know that do quite well for themselves living in cities that don’t own and have never owned a car. I myself went a good 3-4 years with only a motorcycle. My oldest sister went most of her adult life without owning one.
I can honestly say, every car I’ve owned has made me poorer.
We have literal imbeciles running this place.
Scary thing is he’s far from the worst.
