I’d add that the liberal prog of today thinks anyone that isn’t 100% with them is evil and needs to die.
Hell, they say it enough. Look at how they are behaving at the news that Trump has Covid. Classy. While Trump was at Walter Reed, they were manning the gates, screeching for him to die. Somehow, this is just. By the way, let me tell you, this is quite a trip. There is a rail stop, but it’s deep north on the red line. It’s a trip to get there. I know, I used to live up there and have been to the campus many times. It’s a gated military base, from my recollection. So when you see them screeching, it took them over an hour to get there, and they aren’t really there. They are outside the gates. Think of the delusion, craziness, and sheer hate that compels you to waddle up there to hector the guy, as if that makes a difference.
And make no mistake, these people are crazy and delusional.
I was surfing the other day waiting for my caffeine to kick in and stumbled on a story about Norman Lear and Rita Moreno never having lived through such horror, complete with a picture of the forlorn elder couple; Norman Lear with Rita Moreno clinging to him looking like a traumatized rhesus monkey in a medical lab.
Really? I’m sure he’s got it tough. I’ve met veterans of every war since WW2. I have friends that immigrated from Vietnam after the war, Central America, Russia, and all troubled points around the globe. So far, I haven’t seen any death squads hunting down old poor Norman and the missus like some of them had to endure. No one appears to be shooting at them, or making them do struggle sessions. After getting laid off together in the big interweb blowup back in the day, A friend and I were having lunch and commiserating. His mom and wife took off on a trip and he’d been spending time with his dad, a Chinese immigrant. He said his dad’s family had to flee to the west when the Japanese invaded, came back, only to flee to Taiwan when the commies took over. I’ll never forget his line: “Meh. I lost a job. At least I didn’t have to bundle my family in the truck and flee to another country”
Get that, Norman? Times are a horror! Why, there’s a dude in office you don’t like, and it’s giving you the derangement, like it’s done for every president you didn’t like. I suppose under a President Biden, when he gets cold cocked by a jogger while walking down the street it won’t hurt as much. Man, this stuff is old. I’ve seen these derangement syndromes for nearly forty years.
Fact of the matter is that people like Normal Lear have been supporting politicians and a party which has been using the deadly sins of Pride, Envy, and Anger to poison the culture and foment discord to further their goals for decades. Divide and Conquer. And the demons they’ve conjured are now running amok with no intention of leaving, no matter who is elected.
