A cold front rolled into town, and the weather turned glorious.
I was out walking the dogs last weekend, and it was downright chilly.
The dogs love this weather. They aren’t the only ones.
Lot of days ahead, clear and sunny like this. I came back from this walk and put on jeans for the first time in months. It’s nice to not have to change into a light workout shirt to walk the dogs. I can walk them now without breaking a sweat.
Soon, it’ll be time to break out the timberlands. Not a moment too soon since my New Balance shoes are getting worn. Time to chuck my old Sauconys I use for lawn mowing and whatnot, replace them with these New Balances. Take my current Saucony runners for dog walking and whatnot, and get a new pair for running. The shoe food chain, so to speak.
My running shoes aren’t worn real bad, but it’s better to not let them get bad and mess up my gait.
It’s also nice to have the truck not be an oven when I need to go somewhere.
