I took the week off. Maximize PTO by using a week with a holiday.
Great idea. Get a load of this:

Maybe I get to do something cool like kayaking, or a hot rod bike trip Friday.
It’s grumbling thunder as I type this. Aria is curled up in my closet. Every time it cleared up and I thought I could venture out to do some fixup on the truck, within a minute it opened up again.
I do have a ton of small projects to get done this week. Today I cleaned the house. Generated four boxes of donations. Today, I need to get my backup computer glasses updated. Found out the hard way on the weekend when I tried to use my laptop. I need to buy clothes also. I volunteered to be an usher at Church, and I have no ‘summer’ weight sport coats. I think the suits are a bit much for a typical Sunday.
I need to sight in my AR. So I’ll have to hit my range instead of the outdoor one I planned to visit. I’ll get it close and do the long range setup in a month or so along with my .308.
I planned on a week off from working out once a quarter, or every other month.
Didn’t do that. And in the last two weeks, I strained muscles in my back. Not bad, just sore. So while I’m doing my projects, I have to hold back and let muscles heal. That’ll be fun. Because one of the things I need to do is climb under the truck and replace it’s neutral safety switch. It’s been getting wonkier every month. The damn part has been sitting in the storage space with the tool set for months. Maybe even a year. Been too lazy to screw with it. Same thing with the headlights. I have new high tech clear ones that have been sitting in my garage probably as long as the switch.
Need some dry weather first.
